This is a very stupid question, especially since I have been on the Shard awhile now, but what (if anything) does RAFO stand for? I assume it is an acronym of some sort, like WoB or WB, but try as I might, I can't decipher it. I know it means that Brandon is answering cause of spoilers, but that's mostly it.

It stands for Read and Find Out. It means he's not divulging that answer yet.

I believe it was borrowed from his work with the Wheel of Time.  Robert Jordan loved using it, and when Brandon finished that series he had to start using it as well.  It kind of stuck on him, and now he uses it for the cosmere too.
