Sparkrunner
"Vasher decided the knowledge of how to Awaken Type IV Entities was far too dangerous and killed Shashara to keep her from spreading it as she did the ability to make Lifeless from a single breath." ~ Coppermind on Nightblood Should this be "had" ?
Thail
Seems wrong to me, yes. "(Someone) has an/the ability to (do a particular thing)"

Mekyo
Wait, isn't it that she did spread the ability to make Lifeless from a single breath and Vasher didn't want her to spread the knowledge of how to Awaken Type IV Entities ?
Pattern
"Did" would indicate past tense while "had" would be past perfect. Past perfect is grammatically correct here, but it easily leads to the misunderstanding that Shashara has just had the ability instead of had spread it. If you know the story, the wiki entry is correct in the current version (had instead of did). Not knowing the details though, you might misunderstand it. @Thail seems to have been a victim to that misunderstanding, as well as me ;-) Edited August 1, 2017 by Pattern
Yitzi2
Perhaps "as she had spread the knowledge of how to make Lifeless from a single breath"?
