Compounding Allomancy

Per WoB,

"Well, the Lord Ruler--don't forget--could compound any Allomancy he wanted."

Did Brandon mean to say that TLR could compound Feruchemy, or is it true that TLR could compound alomancy? If so, would that be referring to Feruchemical Nicrosil usage? I'm a bit confused, because as far as I can remember we don't have a known mechanic to traditionally compound allomantic abilities.

We know there is a way to boost Allomancy thanks to Feruchemy.

If TLR used It to display the power we see, it's unknown. I will simply going aganist the Nicrosil usage as they find no "weird" metal on TLR's body
