Chaos Posted March 6, 2017 Report Share Posted March 6, 2017 I've decided to add a bit to this. This account is used for members with certain restrictions, namely reputation restrictions. Generally this is because of reputation abuse or some other matter that is not bad enough to warrant a ban yet. However one of those two members that you mentioned was banned due to multiple accounts, which, as always, is not allowed. The reason why I gave a terse response initially was because we don't talk about punitive measures in general, but apparently someone got very upset by this and decided to make five accounts to downvote me, which was a very mature response. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
