Sai is really good, I use it to colour stuff for my artist friends, and something I've recently found for shading is to use the layer clip option, it will let you shade just on the layer below the one you've selected, it can be really handy and save time. You did really well on the lighting for the mountains and the sky though, it looks vibrant and bright, and the choice of colours for the blossoms is really good! For some reason I look older than 15 in this? I'm not sure what it is about it. My only big problem with this is that the neck is too long.
