Mirror Cosmere

Alternative titles: 'Through a Cosmere Darkly', 'Broken Cosmere'.

I'm a HUGE fan if mirror universe AU's, so I was curious; what do you guys think a Cosmere mirror universe would look like?

For anyone unfamiliar with the concept...the mirror universe was popularised in the original Star Trek series, though it had appeared in works before that. The conceit is, simply, that the "normal" universe is reversed.

Usually, this is simplified as "Good is Evil, Evil is Good". A hero in the regular universe (eg: Kirk) is a villain in the mirror universe (Mirror!Kirk).

Other writers actually do more than just morality flips. For instance, Superman get's weaker through exposure to Kryptonite; his mirror counterpart, Ultraman, get's his powers by snorting Kryptonite like cocaine.

So... Suppose the Cosmere had a mirror universe counterpart. What do you guys think it would look like, and what would familiar faces look like in it?

Kelsier's crew is a bunch of terrorists who destroy government property and the Lord Ruler tried to protect and save everyone.

Wait a second…

It occurs to me that for just the first book Preservation is actually the antagonistic alignment.

Odium would instead be Affection and all of the worlds he traveled to would experience peace, prosperity, and fellowship.

Hoid, still on his home planet, would answer people's questions with short, direct, and helpful answers.

Kaladin, having never become a radiant, would suffer periodic episodes of extreme mania, resulting in extended benders and binges across western Roshar, ultimately ending in drug overdose in an Aimian pub, leaving his baby-mama Shallan to pick up the pieces of her life which, by odd coincidence, was shattered in both universes.

:D

On Scadrial: Ati holds Preservation and Leras as holds Ruin. There are three possible results.

1)The original agreement exists and Ati keeps it. Scadrial is Ruined and the two go off together to do this again.

2)Ati breaks the agreement and Leras out gambits him. Preservation is splintered, Scadrial destroyed, and Leras heads off to bring Ruin to the Cosmere.

3) Leras simply has a stronger will than Ati and never fully loses himself to the Shard's will. Scadrial has few Listings and Mistborn occur perhaps once in a thousand years. The final Empire never happens. No Lerasium exists. Atrium is used mainly for hemalurgy, which is kept under wraps for the most part. By the time Kelsier is born Scadrial is in space, and has been for a while. Kell is a criminal, and con artist who has stolen millions, but that can't necessarily be proven. Marsh is a cop trying to bring him down. Vin's sister is alive, her mother is on anti-psychotics. She becomes a cop and trains with Marsh. There is no Church of the Survivor, but Kell still ends up a legend (albeit an Al Capone type legend...)

Ruin would be secretly be the High-Evolutionary and Allomancy,Feruchemy,Hemalurgy would actually be the next step of human evolution. But everyone will shun them. So they create a small group of heroes known as the Gang, led by the Lord Ruler, and try to help humanity in anyway possible, although Kelsier will always be there to foil their plans.

Oh and Vin's a homicidal maniac who likes to kill things and eat cookies.

In Elantris, a kindly, benevolent transformation drives Raoden to madness, forcing him to draw a really long line in some dirt. Somehow, this causes the whole chasm conundrum, crippling Elantrian society. Sarene is a sexist swordsman who arrives in Arelon to kill Raoden, only to serve Jaddith. Hrathen, meanwhile, is a hobo who keeps ranting about "demons" and "Svrakkiss" and something about "bones".

Warbreaker should be named Warmaker.

Denth is good and Vasher is evil.

Vivenna acctually know what she wants.

Siri never fall in love with Susebron.

Susebron is not kind and nice at all.

Denth never tricked Vivenna and the two worked together to stop the war.

Vasher was trying to make a war(like he's name says).

Lightsong belives he is the most awesome god. He's annoyed with Blushweaver, but is in romantic relationship with her.

Priestes was making plan to start a war, they worked with Vasher on that.

Bluefingers and his crew are nice guys and they help Siri to escape and join Vivenna.

Denth with the help of Vivenna killed Vasher(Nightblood is stick :P:D) and beated his priestes. Lightsong never died to save Susebron.

Susebron died.

War is prevented so Siri and Vivenna went to their home and live happily ever after!
