Did I mention that Nighthound's sudden death is caused by drowning in ice cream? An ice cream flood that drowns all of the horrible Epics but inexplicably leaves everyone else alone? :P

True. It's almost like a bunch of fanfic writers decided it would be fun to create a bunch of bubbly characters and have them torment the local grouch for their own amusement.

Ice cream seems like it isn't cruel enough for him but as long as he's dead I suppose there's nothing to complain about.

 I have no idea what you're talking about. Clearly it is only the natural consequences of the characters comming to fruition.

If the cows who supplied the cream were deceased, could Lightwards raise an undead bovine army from the ice cream?

 I think so?

I'm going to go with no. (Reluctantly.) To the best of my knowledge, no genetic material is present in milk, and therefore wouldn't "count" as a body part.

A gelato made with fertilized egg yolks, on the other hand...

It occurs to me that once we reach our twentieth planning thread, we can refer to the RP as Twenty Questions. :P

Now you got us all curious. Does it involve turning his fake eye into a bus?

It involves Quicksilver taking the metal of his bus and putting it around himself, then BusDriver turning it back into a pebble, trapping Quicksilver inside the pebble.

I still need to decide what happens to people if they get trapped :P

That works as well. Although, Quicksilver could probably still work his way out, while it shrinks.

Yeah, that sounds like something that should be determined, especially if he can do it at will. Common sense kinda says that his power running out shouldn´t be potentially more useful than his actual power.

He could also just get out of the bus before everyone else does and shrink it.

Do people die by getting crushed? Do they get trapped in stasis and only come out if it gets turned back into a bus? I don't know. And I think that in either case, BusDriver is much more powerful than he realizes.

He just has to believe in himself. :P

There's also the posibility that the bus would actualy eject the people it shrinks around, so they don't actually end inside it and no one knows, because until now everyone managed to get out in time.

Otherwise the option to seal even High Epics for eternity seems kinda ridiculous.

Which is why I'm leaning towards the bus shrinking, but the people not, so that the bus crushes aroudn them and they get crushed. So High Epics would just be able to break through the crushing effect, while epics without a PI and vanillas wouldn't. Does that sound good?

Would the bus still be under his control as it shrank? So if it shrank around Funtimes, would she be able to turn it into a hula hoop or something?

It does sound fine. Still quite a power boost from just being a bus driver but nothing problematic. So congrats on getting promoted Busdriver, you lazy bum. :P

I would say no. The bus is only under his control when he tells it to come into existence and when he tells it to go away.

I'm also going to say that, while growing it is instantaneous, it takes between thirty seconds and two minutes to reverse transform, so people have a chance to try to get out, or make it into a hula hoop :P

Which would give BusDriver yet another chance to complain about buses when his death trap is turned into a hula hoop. :P

If growing it is instantaneous then you'd get one hell of a thunderclap whenever he makes one.

Um....his buses break physics? :P

Definitely, but there's still physical consequences for that. For instance, Steelheart's transmutation of objects into steel breaks physics, but one consequence is that textures are preserved. So books are erased and murals destroyed--because even though the power itself breaks physics, the consequences remain. Maybe the transformation takes the same amount of time as it does for the bus to change back?

That could work. I can retcon in the bus taking time to change.
