MeSB Posted January 25, 2015 Report Share Posted January 25, 2015 In Words of Radiance how does Dalinar Kholin bind himself to an Honorblade of Talenel. Also since it is an honor blade how can it be summoned in 10 heartbeats as it has nothing to do with spren. Also when dalinar uses it against Szeth at the end why doesnt it give him powers like szeth has from using honor blade. A Joe in the Bush Posted January 25, 2015 Report Share Posted January 25, 2015 If you look at the description of the blade that Taln drops in Kholinar, it's different then the blade Dalinar summons. According to WoB, the blade Dalinar bonded was not an Honorblade. The blade that the "man called Taln" had in WoK is different than the one Dalinar bonded.
