I think for the overall Kelsier rebellion vs Lord Ruler in the first book do Re-education by Rise Against

The Well of Ascension can have Satellite by Rise Against

The Cursed city of elantris can have Dirt and Roses by Rise Against

Try "We are one" by 12 Stones for Bridge Four

Whenever Szeth is on a killing spree: The Only Thing I Know For Real- Jamie Christopherson

Die mother die by dope (just the main chorus required for the scene in which Adolin kills sadeas)

Alive and well by rise against, this one part of the song perfectly represents the scene between Kaladin, Elhokar, Graves, and Moash

I hate Everything about you: Three days grace- just the theme of shallan flashbacks

Hated you From The Hello by Downplay- Evil Prof's thoughts towards David.

The One Who Laughs Last by Downplay: Dalinar vs Sadeas after their confrontation at the end of way of kings.

Save Me by Downplay: Kaladin in The Way of Kings

Normally I can think of a lot, but this time I am struggling.

Take me to church by hozier reminds me a lot of sazed, especially after tindwyl died, mostly because of the line "screaming the name of a foreigner's god, the purest expression of grief" It makes me think of him when he's searching through all the religions to find thet true one

Arwen's Vigil by the Piano Guys sounds like Shallan's theme song.

Also, their song Cello Ascends sounds awesome enough for it to possibly be the theme song of the Knights Radiant

Here is what I said in the Cosmere theories thread for this. I stand by it. To add to that, this is bridge 4's theme song. I See Fire by Peter Hollens

All the voices sound like the different members of bridge four. This song is a cover. The original artist was Ed Sheeran.

A nice one that reminds me of Lin Davar, but is actualy more similar to Szeth's plans for <WoR spoilers>

Shinovar, and his vengeance against the Stone Shamanate

The "It was a match made in hell // Now the whole mountain burns" part cuts it.

Poster above: you just post the web adress of the video, assuming it is on Youtube.

And he's back, with even more Collective Soul! :P

Anyways, the chorus (because the rest is about completely irrelevant things) for Exposed fits Kaladin and Amaram perfectly: "You took all of my money, you took all of my clothes. You took a little of everything, but it's you who's now exposed."

Giving fits Vin well, methinks, after she meets Kelsier and his crew. "Still all I need is love, so give me more."

Disciplined Breakdown reminds me of Sazed: "Well, I'd love to stay and evaluate, but my torture can't wait. It seems I'm losing ground, welcome all to my disciplined breakdown."

This is for Zane, and the love that was never meant to be:

Sonata Arctica- Don't Say a Word

EDIT: Some excerpts of the lyrics that reminded me of him:

"Vade retro, alter ego, move aside, I'm choking on this life

I think I tolerate your hate, as long as you're afraid

All I wanted was to be with you and suffer every day..."

"I read a book about a man, a love, a woman, how they died

How I was waved aside, listen how the headless doves cry

I truly see a madman in the mirror when I'm weak

I spent a year in love before I realized it's me"

"It won't be long now, love, like mist I slowly fill the room

I place a black candle on your chest,

The path of night is manifest"

Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls just want to have fun', for Shallan. Or maybe Lift.

For Lift, Weird Al Yankovic's version might be better: "Girls just wanna have lunch:P .

Another one for Vin (surprised no-one suggested it before): "Killer Queen", by Queen.

Pattern gets "Little Lies", by Fleetwood Mac.

And finally, I'll give Kelsier "Gangsta's Paradise", by Coolio.
