Aladdin-The epic tragedy about how a young trapper found a unique Aviar named Iago, who changed his life. Given the talent of communication with Iago, along with the ability to hypnotize, the young trapper left his old name and life behind and started a new life under the name Jafar. He travelled far and wide until he found a small kingdom, took up residence as the royal vazir, and led Agrabah into a new golden age, able to hypnotize enemy emissaries and convince them they were too well fortified to invade. He fell in love with the sultan's daughter, but, given that his position was the result of his Aviar's talents, and not due to his own efforts and skills, he suffered from low self-esteem. Through his position as vazir, he was able to learn of an ancient legend, and a powerful magical lamp that could maybe give him the edge he needed to win Jasmin's heart. That's when he met Aladdin, and all his troubles began, eventually driving him mad, until his untimely demise.

So...

There's a female royal.

She has magical powers that she keeps hidden.

She tries to keep a tight rein of her emotions, and is generally pretty good at it.

Her main relationship in the story is with a younger redhead.

Said redhead causes her a great deal of trouble, but their relationship is ultimately positive.

Said redhead also has a love interest that's secretly evil.

I think Jasnah and Elsa would have a lot to talk about.

Soulcasting everything to snow/ice, or crystal--is there really such a big difference between the two?
