  1. A small team of modders, myself included, are working to bring the Stormlight Archive to Crusader Kings 3. We've been working hard, though this is a massive undertaking. This post will go over what we currently have and some of what we plan of doing. This is currently what of the map we have actually made. Furthermore, we have some historic characters ingame: These aren't the only ones, but they serve as some good examples. Furthermore, on the character front, we have the dna of multiple characters done: Dalinar's Family: Gavilar's Family: Bridge 4: Heralds: In order: Jezrien, Shalash, Taln, Nale, Ishar, Kalak, Battar, Vedel, Pailiah, Chana An last and not least: Taranvangian Vorinism: Vorinism and the Alethi culture are currently the only ones ingame. That will change. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN THE PROJECT OR OBSERVE PROGRESS: https://discord.gg/SypeWHa Once on the server, post on general what you can or want to help with on the general channel.
  2. From the album: Stormlight Archive - fanart

I redid my Kaladin. This one focuses more on his time in Sadeas’ warcamp on the Shattered Plains (which is supposed to be the background, sorry but I suck at backgrounds).
  3. From the album: The Leap

Threw it into Photoshop to make some final effects after first fixing his vest, unifying the shadows, adding in some wind-spren/Syll etc.
  4. Dalinar betrayed to the parshendi by Sadeas.

  5. Stormtroopers have never been able to hit anything. Why is that? All their targets are Windrunners, of course! And lightsabers? Cleverly designed Shardblades, polished with laser block polish. If you have any Cosmere/BrandonSanderson Theories for Star Wars, post 'em here.
  6. Recently, after thinking about the lyrics of the Christmas song "Jingle Bells" I payed specific attention to one line: "Oh what fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight!" And so I thought, "Hey! SING A SLAYING SONG tonight! The Parshendi sing while they kill!" And so I sought the opportunity to make a parody of this classic Christmas song. Here was the result: Parhsendi Plateau Assault Written by ChullRider To the tune of "Jingle Bells" Sang by the Parshendi ---------- Dashing on Plateaus Preparing to slay O'er the Plains we go Killing all the way! Singing Creepily Making Spirits Grim What fun it is to run And sing a Slaying song to them! --Chorus-- O! Alethi! Alethi! Please prepare to DIE! Oh what fun it is to kill all of the Ale----THI! Alethi! Alethi! Please prepare to DIE! O, what fun it is to kill all the Alethi! ----------- And unlike "Jingle Bells," this one isn't festive, so you can sing it year-round! Happy caroling! ~ChullRider
  7. Adding on to my Chasm Duty scene I made a few days ago (which can be found here: http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/20625-lego-chasm-duty-scene-way-of-kings/ ), I've made an ardent and chull scene. Picture 1: General Overview of the scene. Picture 2: Directing rod (to use on chull's antennas), Ardent, and saddle, respectively. Picture 3: SIde view of the chull Picture 4: Is it a chull? Is it a boulder? That's all for now.
  8. Hello everyone. This is the scene from The Way of Kings when Kaladin and the rest of Bridge Four are on Chasm Duty for the first time. (At least, the first time we hear about it.) It's inspired by the book, of course, and the LEGO scenes from The Stormlight Archive made by Rick Martin. They don't NEARLY go as far as his do, but I would probably do better with more pieces. Picture 1. The overview of the scene. Picture 2. Teft and Kaladin, respectively. Picture 3. The weapons in the pile shown in picture 1, being a Grandbow, Alethi Spear, Parshendi Sword, Parshendi Axe, and Crossbow. Picture 4. Kaladin, with Teft, makes a discovery that Parshendi grow armor. Strange stuff. Picture 5. Kaladin demonstrates an extraordinary kata form as Teft witnesses it in the light hailing from the torch. That's all for the Chasm Duty Scene. I will post more WoK pictures soon.
  9. just a quick question, has anybody else noticed that on the diagram of a Axehound in way of kings part 2 has the same mandible like protrusions on the side of its mouth as the Chasmfiend diagram in words of radiance. im certain that this was intentional but what evolutional use is it. its likely that Axehounds and Chasmfiends are somehow related but what use do these mandibles have. it could be used to move food into its mouth easily but when your food source tends to crowd around you this is irrelevant.
