I was just skimming through Pawn of Prophecy, the first book of David Eddings's Belgariad. (I do this from time to time; these books are a guilty pleasure for me.) And I stumbled upon THIS: Yep, "it's the way of kings!" It's probably just a coincidence... but we do know that Brandon is an Eddings fan. He's read this book. So maybe, just maybe, this is a little Easter egg. (How topical!) After all, this quote seems relevant to a lot of Rosharan history -- especially modern Alethkar.

Most everyone has caught on that the individual books of the Stormlight Archive are all named after in-universe literature. The Way of Kings, Words of Radiance, etc. My theory is that the series itself is named after in-universe literature. In Oathbringer, My theory is that this library was known in-universe as "The Stormlight Archive", giving us the name of the series.

If anyone noticed, both Way of Kings and Words of Radiance were named after books inside of the books (yeah, it's a bit strange.) Therefore, the book really should have been titled Mythica, after the book on the unnamed. It has more relevance to the novel than Oathbringer, too. What's up with that?

Stormlight books are titled after books in world. So what are some ideas for the title of book four? And what character's backstory do you think we'll be following? WoK=Kaladin, WoR=Shallan, OB=Dalinar. Book four=? My thoughts: I think the next book will be named after a book written in the Dawnchant. I don't think it will be a book that we've already seen in world. Perhaps Venli will be our next focus?

Hi, I just created an account, and while I plan to do a ton on this site (find out more about Adonalsium & Hoid, figure out where everyone gets the information that doesn't come from the books, etc.), there's one thing I've been trying to do that has really been bugging me. How do I change my member title? I went through everything I could see in the "Edit My Profile" section, and couldn't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
