  1. I have no idea who that is but I guess that is kinda the point
  2. I've been reading lots of posts about who the most important, most liked, or least liked character is in the books Brandon has written, but i sorta want to find out who the least important character is. As in, they affected the plot the least. However, I have to set some guidelines for this. 1. They have to have been given a name by Brandon 2. They have appear in a cosmere book. 3.They have to be described at least a little. 4. Characters that were accidentally bumped once by Vin on the street and never seen again do not count for this. 5. Also, when you give the character, tell what book they are from an maybe quote some the paragraphs about them if they are harder to remember. But don't quote 20 pages of a common but unimportant character. I'm exited to see who you can find!
  3. I think that you are forgetting how the original Mistborns were very powerful and the power became diluted as Mistborns had children and intermarried with the Skaa or the bloodline was messed up. When Elend became a mistborn he was much more powerful than Vin because he had consumed a Lerasium bead and she had gotten it through birth.
  4. I've been reading about Adonalsium and I've seen a lot of theories or facts about how he/it was destroyed and who did it and stuff like that. But I haven't seen or read anything about why he/it was destroyed. Maybe there just isn't enough evidence to have a discussion about it and the topic has been abandoned to the dark recesses of the 17th Shard. However, I think the "why" of its destruction was more important that the "how". A simple explanation could be that the 17 who destroyed it just wanted the power, but I feel like this isn't the right answer. I'd like to hear your ideas or knowledge of why he/it was destroyed. On the Coppermind Wiki it just says "For unknown reasons at least some of the 16 who shattered Adonalsium did so believing it was the final option left to them, suggesting its power may have been targeted as a last ditch attempt at self-preservation." so maybe you could just give your theories as to why he/it was destroyed. Looking forward to your answers and theories!
  5. That is a very good point, I didn't consider that he was a feruchemist in this question, but if just a normal Mistborn burned Duralumin and Atium together, I think they would retain a lot of the information the gained but would still be missing large chunks.
  6. Not my joke but: If Shallan marries Adolin Kholin, does that make her a... (chuckle and pause for dramatic effect) ...semi-colon (semi-Kholin) hahaha.... get it? You see, its funny because... oh never mind.
  7. Thank you so much for compiling this information. It really helps me to understand the magic systems and Adonalsium. I really like your theory of an "Aluminum Bomb" that could have destroyed Adonalsium. Thanks so much for sharing this information.
  8. Well Roshar is extrremely closely based on a mathematical function. That is why he said it would look like it had a pattern. "Roshar is smaller than Earth and, as a result, its surface gravity is, at 0.7g, significantly weaker than Earth's. This is part of what allows some of the native creatures to grow so large.[9] At one point in Roshar's past there were no large landmasses.[10] The supercontinent was designed by Adonalsium, following the shape of a Julia set (a mathematical formula that gives a geometrical pattern when given a seed number). [11]" -The Coppermind
  9. We don't know that Adonalsium created anything right? So he/she/it was just a huge body of mass and energy before the shattering? So what if Adonalsium shattering was like the Big Bang and and all that mass/energy rapidly sped outward and then all the different types of shard energy attracted each other like gravity and collected with matter in many large groups of energy and mass that became the planets in the cosmere. This would explain soooooo many things but it breaks my brain and is hard to explain. Please leave other implications of this theory that I may have missed in the comments.
  10. 1. Anyone who thinks that radiation will instantly kill you or thinks that microwaves or phones are dangerous. I mean, come on! Our whole solar system is powered by a giant nuclear reactor (the sun) and you eat bananas that have potassium every day anyway. Some people are just way too paranoid. 2. Also, people who think vaccines cause Autism. Oh that is the worst! AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhHHHHHH!!!
  11. Yes, but the Lord Ruler had access to the Lerasium too for hundreds of years, so he could've made a lot more people into Mistborns if he had split the Lerasium beads. Did just just not think of it, or did he think reducing the size of the bead would also reduce the amount of power it would give to the new Mistborn?

    Hunger

My personal opinion is that the brain thinks that more time has elapsed so it thinks that you should be getting hungry or that you should need more food so it creates the feeling of hunger. However, I also feel that what Yata said could be very true.
