  1. I have ransacked most of the OB spoiler board for anyone discussing this interlude. The idea that there might be a force of Natans that sailed East and are returning seems to be alluded to very heavily in this Interlude. That combined with not much else being shown has me wondering if there might be an Island of some kind in the Sea of Origins. Any thoughts on this?
  2. I distinctly remember the Listeners trying to attract creationspren in order to change into artform. While the Cryptics are the spren that make Lightweavers. Now maybe the Listeners had the wrong idea trying to use creationspen in the firstplace, who know? But It seems to me that artfom and Lightweaving aren't corresponding forms. But it does help with the idea that listeners need two spren in order to become KR. One for the correct form and another for the Nahel bond.
  3. Ahh yes. There is a rather large discussion about this very topic here:
  4. I would like to know why he decided Gibletish. What words did he 'cut up, dismember, and stitch back together again' in order to come up with that word and is it relevant?
  5. you might be able to get away with some Roman Legionnaire sandals. I imagine they would work we enough. That is if you were looking for something because you don't want to go barefoot and didn't want to use regular shoes.
  6. As the others have said we will need to see more to know more, but that being said I love your theory and sounds spot on to me. I could definitely see Brandon doing it this way.
  7. Not to mention crem build-up making any shards left out disappear much faster than they would on earth even if they weren't blown into the sea. There might very well be hundreds of blades buried here and there throughout Roshar.
  8. The question I have is did Leras throw sixteen everywhere because sixteen is the number of Shards/he is Shard number sixteen, meaning he crafted the percentage of snapping perfectly to correspond to this. Or did he throw sixteen around because that is the way the magic system manifested based on some other cause and he just took advantage of that fact.
  9. It would also explain the Azir's love for Bureaucracy and the Thaylenah Mercantile expertise. Maybe the Reshi Isles were a vacation resort?
  10. Its the last clap from Dalinars perspective. BTW I don't know how to post pics either so someone else will need to do it.
  11. He was also very cheery when he was hanging upside down, or waking up beaten in an alley.
  12. He could have been just being wry with himself. Like he knows just how impossible his chosen research is but he doesn't care.
  13. There aren't any KR orders that have those two power sets though.
  14. What if the Bondsmiths didn't die out though. We know Cuicesh and the Stormfather weren't bonding anyone but what about the Nightwatcher? She seems intelligent and deals with humans on a regular basis. Who knows, Dalinar might meet the Rosharan version of Yoda who will teach him the ways of the Bondsmiths before he dies.
