Even the plot twists, despite the fact that I know what moment will happen, it’s like I’m experiencing these emotions again. The 4th Kaladins Ideal is definitely one of the most touching and incredible scenes for me.

Kaladin would start yelling that Bingo deserves to be noticed and storm off. That's just my prediction.

As an Australian I get to claim the awesomeness of Bluey so… you’re welcome world Seriously though, was definitely worth spending however many hours you did on it, f it made my day at least :).

I like the detail in Hoid and Kaladin. And I expect Bluey would have even a more uplifting effect on Kaladin than The Dog and the Dragon.

Thanks everyone, you are all very kind. I have to say, the ornateness of this particular piece was a challenge and was part of the reason why it took me so long to get through it. But i'm happy with the effect of it. All that said, im looking forward to something much simpler for the next chapter with the slaves of bridge 4...

Hey @Trusk'our Thanks for the kind words ^^ Its always great to be received so nicely. You are right, it is digital. I used Procreate on the Ipad for this. As far as digital art tools go, ive found it to be the perfect balance of cost (*its quite cheap compared to adobe), Tradition (It emulates the traditional drawing feeling well) and depth (it can do a lot). Tbh though the credit goes to my teachers and experience. I studied traditional hand drawn animation, like flipping actual pieces of paper, so drawing was always a massive thing for me. The main thing is to enjoy yourself and if you find a good tool to use... YAY! Drawing is no different to laughing, the beauty is in the experience, and anything afterwards (like nice feedback) is just an added bonus. If I was to share one piece of advice, don't be afraid of reference. If you like some art, copy it, re-draw it, play with the style, absorb it. Don't claim it as your own (of course) but just go deep. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and there are so many great inspirations to learn from. Do you have any art shared on here already? I would love to see it ^^

Nice! It makes me think of Wax a little more than Marasi though, mostly because I mostly remember her as being described as wearing a dress (even constable's clothes for her are dresses).

I also had an idea for a story based on the premise of a vigilante using Hemalurgy for good. He'd have A-Iron and F-Steel, one of them being natural. Along with probably A-Bronze and A-Zinc. He'd be the Scadrian version of Batman. That's all I'll say.
